Meet michael Fallek

Michael Fallek is a third-generation McAllen resident who has spent his life investing in the city he calls home.

Born and raised in McAllen—and a longtime District 5 resident—Michael returned home after college and law school to raise his family here and continue serving the community. Over the past two decades, he has helped launch and grow multiple McAllen-based businesses in hospitality and real estate, supporting local investment and job creation across the Rio Grande Valley.

Michael’s commitment to McAllen has always gone beyond business. For years, he has volunteered his time and experience through civic and nonprofit leadership roles focused on smart planning, economic development, and community growth.

Today, Michael is running for McAllen City Commission, District 5 to provide steady leadership, thoughtful decision-making, and a clear focus on McAllen’s future.

“McAllen is home. I’m running to serve with responsibility, collaboration, and a commitment to keeping our city strong.”
